1. This is Christmas concert week and Mr. Gallant needs all band members to pay CLOSE attention to all announcments as they may change on a daily basis:(check Mr. Gallant's blog for and changes for the next day...
2. There are still more than 30 band members - including showband members - that do NOT have permission to travel to the Harbourfront Theatre - these will not be accepted on performance day.
3. Today at noon - ALL showbands will run through theirs songs in this order:
Blue - White - Red - Green
4. Solo singers for the songs need to meet Mr. Gallant after the announcements:
- Silver Bells
- Grown Up Christmas Wish
- I'll Be Home For Christmas
5. All other soloists and houseband - including the guitar trio - are asked to check the band room door at recess.
6. A list of loading crew members for Wednesday afternoon loading and setting up of equipment at the Harbourfront Theatre will be posted on the band room door this morning as well - those students MUST check with their teachers no later than Tuesday morning regarding work missed that afternoon.
7. Tomorrow morning at 8am - Grade 9 band will practice along with houseband and singers for "SHINE"
