The Summerside Owls Girls Softball team defeated the Evangeline Girls 11-2
on Monday to advance to the provincial semi finals on Wednesday. Kate
Cashin pitched the win with 10 strikeouts in 4 innings while Bethany Smith
pitched one inning.
Marissa Pettipas led the Owls with 3 hits while Holly Hartlen and Kate
Cashin each had 2 hits. The girls practice at 6pm on Tuesday night at Lions
Club Park.
There are UPEI Panther Varsity Camps flyers in the PE office for Basketball, Volleyball, Hockey and Soccer camps. See the PE staff to get one.
Can the boys softball players please pass in their jersey to the PE Staff.
