There is no track and field practice today afterschool. All athletes should train on Saturday and be ready for practices next week. Practice times next week are as follows.

Mon 3:15-4:45
Tues 3:15-4:45
Wed at Evangeline track 3:15-5:30

There is an important meeting with all track athletes at the beginning of lunch. You must see MR. Bridges so he can confirm what you are going in at zones.
