Band

All uniforms must be turned in today - there are still approx. 40 remaining. Mr. Gallant has a record of who has which shirt and it is important that students realize that outstanding uniforms are like outstanding textbooks - priviliges may be held back if this is not looked after.

Band classes are on today.

All low brass players who have "home" instruments are asked to bring them in. All instruments must be brought in this week as the annual year-end maintenance and inspection will take place next week.

Grade 9 band classes - over the next 2 weeks - will deal mostly with theory instruction that will be very useful for gr. 10 TOSH Band members next year.

Sign-ups for next year's showbands will be on the door tomorrow - students are asked to note that the sign-ups, so far, will be for only 2 showbands, so please check the information on the sheets before signing.
