1. All band members should now have their permission forms in to Mr. Gallant.
2. The loading crew will meet in the band room at period 4 to load the truck and take equipment to the Jubilee. Staff are asked to check their groupwise for loading crew members' names. These students will be back near the beginning of period 6. Loading crew members have been listed on the band room door as well. Please check!
3. All houseband members and soloists are asked to see Mr. Gallant immediately after the announcements.
4. For Tomorrow Thursday - Band members listen carefully:
a. You must show up in black pants / skirts as there will most likely be little time to change at the Jubilee. Band shirts will be handed out at the Jubilee.
b. You must get on the buses AFTER morning announcements on Thursday. There will be 3 buses...the first will be for grade 7's, the second for grade 8's and the third for grade 9's.
c. NO ONE GETS ON THE BUS WITHOUT A PERMISSION FORM HANDED IN!
d. You MUST have your instrument and music before getting on the bus - we're not making 2 trips!
e. Mr. Gallant will be taking the school tubas and electric basses. Home tubas and electric basses should be taken in as well. Mr. Gallant will also be taking the school guitars - privately owned guitars should be taken by the owner.
f. BE RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR OWN STUFF - PLEASE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
