1. Last call for tickets and money for the Sobey's food fund raiser!
2. Uniforms - Are they handed in???? There's a dance tonight - please make sure your uniform is in before that time.
3. Attention loading crew for the Jubilee Concert - as promised, today is pizza day in the band room at 12:45. SO if you were 1 of the 11 crew members.....come on in for some pizza and pop for a job well-done!!!!
4. ALL BAND INSTRUMENTS ARE TO BE HANDED IN TO MR. GALLANT AS OF THIS MORNING FOR INSPECTION WHICH BEGINS THIS AFTERNOON. All serial numbers will be matched to the names on the cases and adjustments will be made. This process should be done by noon tomorrow and instruments will be available for pick-up at that time. Grade 9 band members assisting with the inspection are asked to see Mr. Gallant at 1:20pm.
5. Additional cookie dough orders are here - please bring in the paper-work that says which products you need to pick up.
6. Jeremy Arsenault is asked to come to the band room after the announcements.
