1. Today at noon - all solo singers who are scheduled to do the Christmas concert...come in for your song assignments and key check at 1:05pm
2. Mr. Gallant is not done selecting singers for the Dec. 11th show - stay tuned!
3. The Fund raising order - that's cookie dough and coffee, etc.....should be arriving today. Please understand that these orders have to be sorted before they are handed out. Band students will be given plenty of notice as to when to pick up their orders.
4. Tomorow at 8am - solo singer rehearsals with Mr. Gallant and the house band. A list of singers will be on the band room door today for this rehearsal . That means NO grade 9 band rehearsal tomorrow morning!
5. Tomorrow at noon - more solo singer rehearsals...check out the list on the band room door!
6. ALL Band members MUST pick up a letter for parents TODAY from the band room. This letter is a permission form for the "unsupervised lunch period" on concert day at the Jubilee. Without this form, students will not be permitted to go to the Jubilee in the morning for the dress rehearsal.
7. All acoustic guitar player will meet at 12:45 today
